CRAFTY HOUR: Dye Yarn with Indigo

This July and August, come join us on Fridays for our weekly Crafty Hours! What's a Crafty Hour? It's a casual, 1-2 hour workshop offered at a deeply discounted rate. What better way to kick off your summer weekends than with some crafty fun? So grab a friend, bring a refreshment, and let's hang out!
On Friday 8/25, join us for some indigo dye magic! You'll learn what makes indigo dye unique, how to experiment with shades and patterns, and more! Dye 2-3 free mini skeins, or purchase a full skein of yarn to dye! Students are welcome to bring 1 skein of yarn from home to dye. We will not be dyeing clothing or other fabric items in this workshop, just yarn!
Please be advised: You will be taking home your dyed yarn home WET in a plastic ziplock bag. You will need to complete the rinsing and drying process at home, preferably in a stainless steel sink to prevent staining.
